Why use agency staff for domiciliary care businesses?
So why use agency staff for domiciliary care business?
If you operate a domiciliary home care business in the UK, you will know how hard it is to find, recruit and retain domiciliary support workers to provide your service users with quality care, delivered with compassion and empathy.
Our senior management team originally worked within the domiciliary home care, nursing home and residential home sectors for over 5 years before deciding to setup Tuta Care. Our management team learnt that operating a business within these sectors is not only hard, and difficult to find and retain good staff, it is also very complex and demanding for very little return on investment.
The industry is highly regulated and large clients, such as local authorities (councils) never seem to pay on time, and always delay things, making it even harder to operate a business and even harder to retain the good staff a business like this needs.
Tuta Care was created to provide support to Domiciliary Home Care business, together with Nursing and Residential homes, with a way to use our staff like they were your own. Our management team know what it takes to build strong and successful businesses, they have done this many times before for their previous employers. We recruit only the best and most committed staff, all of which are drivers and have their own transport. Our staff have an Enhanced DBS check and all references are verified before they start working for us, obviously, they have the legal right to work in the UK and have at least 3 years experience within the healthcare sector.
Tuta Care wanted to offer businesses within the healthcare sector with not only value for money, but also the staff that enjoy what they do, have a passion for delivering quality care and feel accomplished knowing that they perform their role as best as possible and this makes a real difference to the quality of life of the service users.
