All of our field supervisors have at least 3 years experience in the role and used to dealing with carer teams both large and small.

Field Monitoring
Monitoring your service in the field to ensure that it meets the quality targets of your Company and contractual requirements of the commissioners. Inform management of any identifies issues and outcomes.
Assessments & Spot Checks
Support the care management team with spot checks, supervisions, assessments, surveys and review meetings
Administration
Produce reports as required to maintain accurate records. Deliver relevant files to Service users
New Staff On-boarding
Shadowing new members of staff and introducing staff team to new service users.

The CQC does not require a company providing temporary office and management staff to domiciliary healthcare providers to be registered as we do not provide direct care to service users.

Yes, we perform an Enhanced DBS check on all our staff prior to employment to ensure that they comply with our recruitment process.  We ensure our candidates have the correct right to work status and documents and appropriate clearance is obtained (via DBS, PVG, and Access NI respectively).

All Tuta Care staff have a minimum of 3 years experience performing their role within the Domiciliary Healthcare sector in the UK.

If you require staff quickly, that’s no problem.  If we already have a permanent contract in place we can supply staff in as little as 24 hours, subject to availability.

We provide formal costings based on your specific requirements and as such, each proposal is unique to the client.  Some clients require a basic care coordinator and some clients require care coordinators with advanced skills or specific software knowledge.  Our pricing is based on the skill sets provided to the client and the duration of the assignment.

Useful to know
  • When Tuta Care supplies your business with staff, you don’t need to provide paid holidays or pay Employers National Insurance payments, saving your business money.
  • Our workers have the right to 11 hours rest between working days, eg if they finish work at 8pm, they shouldn’t start work again until 7am the next day.
  • As standard, we provide our workers with mileage allowance at the rate of £0.25 pence per mile to cover travel arrangements to your business from their registered address (normally home).  This is cross charged to your client account and no deductions are made by Tuta Care.  If you do not want to fund mileage allowance we need to know prior to the commencement of the assignment and it could limit the number candidates willing to accept the assignment and ultimately fill your position.
  • Our billing cycle is every 7 days or following completion of the assignment, whichever is sooner.  You will receive our invoice via EMail PDF, together with a payment link, or you can pay our invoice via BACS payment.
  • Permanent contracts are available which have a duration of 12 months.  Having a permanent contract in place means that we can supply staff more quickly, as we only need confirmation and acceptance of the assignment, and not sign off of a new contract each time you require staff.
